Image Content Uploaded By User

• Uploaded images in totbot.io as an image to text, AI image generation, or other conversion tools will be temporarily uploaded on our system for the exclusive purpose of processing.
• To ensure your absolute privacy, any images you upload for processing are permanently deleted from our servers within 5 minutes.
• Totbot.io provides these tools to assist our users. We strictly prohibit the uploading of pirated materials or content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• You represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions to upload submitted content.

Disclaimer of AI Essay/Text Generators

The writing of essays or text about illegal, harmful, or abusive content is prohibited. We actively work to prevent the generation of illegal, harmful, abusive, or unsafe content. If you encounter our AI generating such material, please report it immediately to support@totbot.io so we can address the issue.

Third-Party Services

This Privacy Policy does not apply to external businesses or websites that Totbot.io does not control, including other businesses' websites, services, and applications via which you may access them (including Facebook or YouTube) ("Third Party Services"). We cannot take responsibility for the content or privacy policies of those third-party services. We recommend you check the privacy policy for any third-party services that you access.
